IMPaC Oil & Gas Engineering Limited (IMPaC Nigeria) is a registered company under the Federal Republic of Nigeria. IMPaC Nigeria commenced operation in 1997 as the Nigerian arm of IMPaC Offshore Engineering GmbH (IMPaC Germany), a foremost Germany based engineering company with over 30 year experience.

IMPaC Offshore Engineering GmbH in conjunction with IMPaC Oil & Gas Engineering Limited have successfully executed various remarkable Onshore and Offshore, Brownfield and Greenfield projects in Nigeria.

(Nigeria) by Nestoil Limited at the Nestoil Headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria.

In May 2013, Nestoil Limited acquired IMPaC Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited with Dr Ernest Azudialu-Obiejesi the new chairman and Nestoil Limited the new parent company of IMPaC Oil & Gas Engineering Limited. Nestoil and IMPaC Oil & Gas Engineering Limited belong to the conglomerate, the Obijackson Group. Following the acquisition, IMPaC Nigeria is 100% wholly Nigerian owned company. This strategic acquisition not only consolidates Nestoil Limited as the leading indigenous Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) provider but also is a positive development for the Nigerian oil & gas industry.

IMPaC Oil & Gas Engineering Limited and IMPaC Offshore Engineering GmbH maintain a technical partnership. In this relationship, IMPaC Nigeria continues to leverage on the experience of IMPaC group worldwide where IMPaC Germany continues to provide technical services support especially to specialized engineering services.
